rNetwork announces several new executive appointments and changes to the organizational structure of rNetwork.

As rNetwork matures and prepares to enter the next phase of growth and operations, some key changes have been made to the Executive Team. We are excited to make the following changes to the organization:

Trent Walker will continue as our CEO, and Johnson Mak has been appointed to Head of Technology, a role that had been being fulfilled by Trent Walker before he was appointed CEO of rNetwork. Johnson will now oversee the entire growth, development, and implementation of rNetwork’s entire technical team and infrastructure.

Co-Founder Troy Muhlestein will take a new executive role as Chief Commercial Officer. In this new role, he will manage the Direct Sales portion of rNetwork and is tasked with the strategy and direction of rNetwork in systems and product development. He will step down from his role as Head of Finance.

Neil Reithinger has been appointed as the new CFO of rNetwork. Neil has a wealth of experience in the Public and Private sectors and brings with him a team of skilled individuals in the areas of accounting, finance, auditing, and SEC filing and reporting.

Dave Dove has been appointed to rNetwork’s Executive VP of Sales. He is stepping into the role vacated by co-founder Richard Smith. Richard has been evaluating Dave as his potential replacement for the past 3 months and recommended that the time has come for him to step down as President, where his primary role was Executive VP of Sales, and pass the baton to Dave. Richard told the Board of Directors, “Dave has the corporate and field experience that rNetwork needs to take the next step forward in its evolution as a company.  I fully endorse this new appointment.” In this role, Dave will oversee all aspects of sales for rNetwork. He will work closely with the field leadership, work with the field advisory board, and organize all sales activities for the company.  Dave vacates his position as Charter Member liaison and Sales Director.

Co-Founder Kevin Wiscombe has been appointed as the VP of Business Development. In this role, Kevin will oversee the expansion of every vertical of rNetwork’s Participation Marketplace. Kevin vacates his role as Chief Revenue Officer.

Co-Founder Roger Taylor will remain our CMO but has also been appointed to lead the Advisory Board of R Net Holdings.

Gary Bender, who is heading up the development of rNetwork Bank, has been appointed to the advisory board of R Net Holdings.

Lucas Epps will continue on as our Director of International Expansion.
We are all very excited about these changes and ready to see 2020 be a year of amazing development and expansion for rNetwork and it’s ever growing family of affiliates!
